PROMPT #78

Sometimes writers create flash in sets, or even in novels, so that each piece not only stands alone but also builds with other pieces to create something else entirely. John Michael’s “Overpopulation” from NANO Fiction 9.2 does just that.

PROMPT:

Write a set of flash pieces that both stand on their own and, when read together, create something else entirely. Perhaps these pieces build to create an argument, or a character, or a setting. Maybe all together they solve a mystery that was revealed in one of the pieces.
