Continued Giving

Dear NANO Readers and Writers,

I want to thank you for your continued support of NANO Fiction. It is because of enthusiasts of flash fiction like you, that we are able to publish the only print journal dedicated to flash in the United States.

NANO Fiction has seen amazing growth during the past year. Our programing now includes monthly book reviews of flash titles on our website, an innovative reading series in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, as well a new State of Flash in the Classroom feature appearing annually in our spring publication. It is important to us that our programing fosters discussion about flash fiction as a form, while our publication pushes the form’s boundaries. We are here to not only publish this work, but to insure it reaches readers everywhere and that it continues on for years to come.

We are asking now, for you to join us in our work to continue this great programing.

You already know that operational costs for the organization are not covered by magazine sales alone, and as we work to finalize our thirteenth issue, we ask that you take a moment to review your charitable giving. I hope you will consider a gift to NANO Fiction, which will further ensure that this one-of-a-kind journal and organization can continue to flourish.

The easiest way to support NANO Fiction is to make a gift online. As a thank you for your contribution, we are offering donors of various levels two beautiful broadsides featuring the work of writers Jesse DeLong and Harry Leeds and handcrafted by graduate students in the acclaimed program in Book Arts at the University of Alabama. More information on the artists and how to receive one or both of the broadsides is located here.

If you have questions or need further information, please feel free to contact me by phone at 785-713-6266 or by email at editor@nanofiction.org.

Thank you,
Kirby Johnson, Editor
